Route
Days 1–4 — Tokyo. Arrival, guided city highlights, a free day for museums or Disney, and an evening food walk in Shinjuku. Day 5 — Hakone. Lake Ashi, the ropeway, and a night in a traditional ryokan with onsen baths and kaiseki dinner. Days 6–8 — Kyoto. Golden Pavilion, Fushimi Inari, a tea ceremony, and the Gion evening walk. Day trip to Nara included. Days 9–10 — Osaka. Castle, Dotonbori street-food evening, free time for shopping. Day 11 — Departure from Kansai airport.
